Refund Policy
If something is genuinely wrong with your order, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or refund it. Here's exactly what that covers.

What we make right
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll re-deliver, replace, or refund — your choice where more than one fix applies — if:
- The file is corrupted, broken, or won't open.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is materially different from what its product page describes.
- You were charged twice, or bought the same product twice by accident.
- You paid but never received your download link (check spam first — then us).
What isn't refundable
Digital files can't be returned — once a product has been delivered and downloaded, we can't take it back the way a shop takes back a jacket. So we don't offer refunds for a change of mind after downloading. That's the honest trade of instant delivery, and it's why every product page describes exactly what's inside, and why five products are free to try before you buy anything.
Expired link? Not a refund matter
Download links expire after 7 days as a security measure, but your access doesn't. Reply to your delivery email — or write to us — and we'll re-send a fresh link at no charge, whenever you need it.
How to request a refund
Email library@lazmacias.com from the address you used at checkout, with the product name and a short description of the problem. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and if a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method.
If anything about an order feels off, write to us before disputing the charge with your bank — a real person reads that inbox, and almost every problem is faster to fix by email.

No charge, nothing to refund — but the same "something broken? tell us" applies.
