- What happened — and if something looks broken, a screenshot never hurts.

- Download link expired? Reply to your delivery email or write to us — we'll re-send a fresh link at no charge. Links expire after 7 days; your access doesn't.
- Problem with an order? The refund policy covers exactly what we make right, and how.
- Question about your data? The privacy policy explains what we hold (very little) and how to have it deleted.
